Re-Register Students

Register your children for next year using the fast direct school information system. Simply log into your school account, click on re-register from the home screen; update your parent contact information and you’re done. Parents can find the educational fees schedule under the links tab on the SIS system, as well. Should you have more questions, please contact the school office.

New Student Registration

New families to Immanuel can use the fast direct system to register and enroll their children at Immanuel. Register online, click on the "Registration" link on the left, blue navigation bar. Follow the prompts and questions to set up a parent account, then register your children. Any questions, please call the school office at (920) 452-9681. A new way to grow our Immanuel family.

The following incentive policy will be in place to reward those families recommending our school to family members and friends. If a current Immanuel family refers a new family (new family is defined as not having a student at our school for the last two years) that family will receive an educational fee credit.

  • $100 for each new full-time family brought into our school grades 5K-8.
  • $50 for each new part-time (grades 3K-8) family brought into our school.

Student(s) must maintain enrollment for the full school year. If student is enrolled only for part of school year, a prorated discount will be given.

Scholarship Assistance

Scholarship Funds have been established to help worthy students who, with their parents, are dedicated to Christian education, but unable to meet all of the tuition needs.  Requests for assistance from this fund are to be made through a form available in the school office. 

WI Parental Choice Program

Immanuel accepts applications, starting in February, for 4K through 8th grade students. Contact Immanuel if you wish to enroll you child through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP).

Admission Policy

Immanuel Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students of the school.  Immanuel does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies and admissions policies.

School Year Preparation

If you know anyone who is interested in learning more about Immanuel and what we have to offer they can call the school office at any time and set up a tour and get information about next school year.  Remember you can get a $100 referral credit if you bring in families to join Immanuel.

Family Referral Incentive

When an Immanuel family refers a new family (new family is defined as not having a student at our school for the last two years) that referring family will receive a $100 tuition credit for each family they refer into our school. Fill out a referral coupon upon recruitment of a new family and return it to our school office. This incentive applies to our upcoming school year. Thank you for your support.

Transferring From Another School

All pupils transferring to Immanuel Lutheran School shall be accepted on a four-week probationary basis.  For admission and enrollment prior transcripts and records from previous schools must be provided (if applicable).  Final acceptance will be determined after a conference between the classroom teacher, parents and principal.  Immanuel Lutheran School reserves the right to deny admission of any student, member or non-member as determined by the outcome of the conference, or if needed, after final evaluation by the Board of Education.

Class Size

Immanuel limits its individual class size to twelve students.  In grades one through eight, the number of students per classroom will not exceed twenty-four pupils.  Consideration will be given according to the following criteria:

  • Returning students
  • Members of Immanuel Congregation
  • Members of a sister LCMS church
  • Members of other Lutheran churches
  • Members of a Christian congregation
  • Families with no church affiliation
